Jeff Binkley is the managing director and founder of Binkley Wealth Management Group. Mr. Binkley has more than 17 years of experience in wealth management and providing investment advice with 10 of those years in a senior supervisory role.

Mr. Binkley began his wealth management career in 1993. Since then, he has worked for Prudential Securities and Edward Jones. He also worked as a "discount broker" for Charles Schwab and Company.

He acquired his Series 7 and Series 65 registrations in 1993 and began his ongoing studies in modern portfolio theory; fundamental and technical analysis; risk and expected return; systemic and specific risk; capital asset pricing; and asset diversification. In 1997, Mr. Binkley became a Senior Sales Supervisory Representative and broadened his investment knowledge with the study of No-Load Mutual Funds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETF’s). In 2010, he decided to take what he’d learned in the full-commission world and the “discount” brokerage world and form "The Binkley Wealth Management Group" using what he believes are the best practices from each of those different business models.

Mr. Binkley is a 1989 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in K-12 Music Education. He is also a 1999 Graduate of ITT Technical Institute with a Master’s Degree in Project Management. Jeff is the President of the Hendricks County Arts Council, the President of the Avon Optimist Club, a member of the advisory board for The Hendricks County Community Foundation, a founding member of the Danville Institute (A school policy and research think tank), and a member of the Danville Community School Corporation Transformation Committee. He is a member of the Avon Chamber of Commerce, the Brownsburg Chamber

of Commerce and was named the "Ameriana Bank Avon Community Hero" in 2010.

Jeff and his wife Charlotte live in Danville, Indiana and have 3 children, 3 dogs, 1 cat and a bunch of nervous squirrels in their backyard.
